Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, site visits, and client meetings.
- Promote the company's operable wall systems, movable partitions, acoustic partitions, room dividers, and related interior solutions.
- Generate leads from consultants, architects, interior designers, contractors, developers, hotels, schools, and corporate clients.
- Prepare and deliver professional product presentations and company introductions.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team to provide suitable solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender submissions.
- Follow up on inquiries, negotiate contracts, and close sales opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming construction projects.
- Update CRM records and provide regular sales reports to management.
- Coordinate with project and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in construction, building materials, interior fit-out, partitions, furniture, or related industries.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- UAE Driving License is preferred.
- Knowledge of UAE construction and interior fit-out market is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

- Banquet & Wedding Halls

- Commercial Buildings
- Interior Fit-Out Contractors

Experience

  • Experience in construction, interior fit-out, building materials, operable walls, movable partitions, acoustic partitions, furniture, or architectural products.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience dealing with consultants, architects, interior designers, contractors, developers, and project owners.
  • Experience in preparing quotations, proposals, tenders, and commercial offers.
  • Ability to conduct site visits, client meetings, and professional product presentations.
  • Strong experience in lead generation, business development, and account management.
  • Knowledge of the UAE construction and fit-out project cycle is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
  • Existing network within the UAE construction, hospitality, education, corporate, or commercial sectors is an advantage.
  • Experience selling operable wall systems, movable partitions, acoustic solutions, or similar products is highly preferred.
  • Experience working on projects involving hotels, resorts, conference centers, banquet halls, corporate offices, educational institutions, government facilities, commercial buildings, and exhibition venues.

Requirements

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and sales opportunities simultaneously.
  • Professional appearance and customer-focused approach.
  • Willingness to travel across the UAE for client meetings, site visits, and business development activities.
  • Knowledge of the UAE construction, interior fit-out, and commercial project market is an advantage.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales reporting systems is preferred.
