Job Overview
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, site visits, and client meetings.
- Promote the company's operable wall systems, movable partitions, acoustic partitions, room dividers, and related interior solutions.
- Generate leads from consultants, architects, interior designers, contractors, developers, hotels, schools, and corporate clients.
- Prepare and deliver professional product presentations and company introductions.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team to provide suitable solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender submissions.
- Follow up on inquiries, negotiate contracts, and close sales opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming construction projects.
- Update CRM records and provide regular sales reports to management.
- Coordinate with project and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in construction, building materials, interior fit-out, partitions, furniture, or related industries.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- UAE Driving License is preferred.
- Knowledge of UAE construction and interior fit-out market is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
